Why should you be a sponsor in our contest? (Updated: Nr. 3, 5, 6, 7)

1. You will be mentioned in all our blogs from 1st of September on:

2. The earlier you sponsor, the more often you will be already mentioned in this blog.
   We will update the sponsors weekly until the contest starts on 1st of September, ending on 31st December 2009.
   
   
3. The participants have to mention all sponsors in their blogs. The sponsors have to publish one post about the contest at the beginning (31st August or 1st September) of the contest and in the coming days (until 10th August) a Sponsorship-Ad will be published and should be put near the EC-widget or above the fold (from publishing day until 31st August).

Adgitize - New earning opportunity launchs soon!!

Ken Brown, the founder and admin of Adgitize, announced today that in the coming weeks a new earning opportunity will be launched in Adgitize. It might start already mid of August.

Short explaination of Adgitize:
It's an advertising network where you can earn money

1. by displaying their ads on your blog (page and ad views will be counted as points),
2. by clicking on these ads,
3. by writing daily one post in one of your approved blogs,
4. by paid advertisement which will give you additional benefits (less clicks, more points, between 60 and over 100 visitors daily = higher earnings!)
   

Probably from Mid-August on there will be the "hunt" for not just 500 points but for 600 points as top score. With this change there will be also a better and higher earnings possibility!

He announced this statement on the Adgitize interview with LM-Blog on 29th of July 2009:

Have you got any new big plans for Adgitize that you can tell us about?

Well, we have a new product coming out soon (maybe two weeks). The 500 point maximum per day will be raised to 600 points.
New revenue will come into the system.
I am sorry but I can’t tell you more than that right at the moment. Programmers are working to finish this new service.

I can't wait to know what this might be but i guess my earnings might reach than perhaps 1$ instead of the 70 cents on average. For the time until 27th of July i earned already 18.04$. My payout for July should be more than 20$ (- 14 $ for paid ad is left over 6$ + >2000 visitors)!

I think this a one more -new- reason to join Adgitize as soon as possible if you're not already a member.

Entrecard: Did the CashOut-Day come for you?

Today seems to be the last day on which we could get the payout for the EntreCard-CashOut-Program.

As i searched the internet for some payment proofs i just found two blogs which reported about their received payout.

The first one is from Forex Trading and more online opportunities EntreCard payment proof. He got 10$ from Entrecard.

The second one is from Through the Rain - Entrecard paid me. He received 5$ from Entrecard.

One Mom's Place EntreCard payment proof is from . She put 30.000 EC in her CashOut-Account but finally got a partial payment of 1/3 which is equal to 10 $.

I guess there must be many more members who got paid in these three final payout days. Can you share your luck with us? Graham wrote in one of his last blog postings that he has paid out thousands of dollar already but i've seen only small amounts of money which was published in the last two and a half months. The amounts have been usually between 1$ and 10$. Members who wanted to cashout more than 10$ had to wait many weeks and a lot of members with more than 20.000 ECs in their CashOut-Account never received any (full) payment.

I think ZipRunner should have dealt the last payout like they have done it with Mom's Place payout. Everyone who had put ECs in their CashOut-Account and who accepted the paid ads would have received a partial payment of a specific percentage. This would have been fair because we gave the ad pace for those ads (and you get usually paid for that).

No matter if it would have just been 1 or 2 $, i would have been more satisfied than with the actual payment of 0$ (wanted to CashOut 10.000 ECs = 10$).

Announcement of an mainly EC-based Contest from September 2009 until December 2009!

As many of us couldn't cashout we sit now on many ECs. If you would like to take part in the biggest EC-Contest, join it here.

Entrecard: The Wipe Out has already started!

The end of the EntreCard CashOut-Program has already affected some of the popular blogs in specific categories in EntreCard.
Some of these members had been just here for earning credits to reach a high amount in a short time by dropping each day 300 cards which they could use for CashOut.
As now the option of the Cashout is no more available for them, they just stop dropping their 300 cards or reduce it to an average level.

My tip for you is now, wait some days until you buy advertisements on the blogs in EntreCard. I had now several blogs where the advertising price was always above the 256 ECs.
Now they dropped to 64 EC or below because the other members don't drop any more on their blogs which means their popularity is sinking rapidly.
Popularity in EntreCard is measured by the drops on your own EntreCard widget during the LAST FIVE DAYS.

Just wait until the weekend and see which blogs are worth the money to invest in an advertisement, otherwise you buy now for over 100 or 200 ECs an ad and in the end the blog doesn't drop anymore and you get just a few clicks instead of a better return on your investment!

Entrecard: The End of Paid Ads and CashOut!

The ENTRECARD Director of Business Development, Cindy Ung, annouced the end of the CashOut Program and there won't be anymore Paid Ads (just the currently running ads will be displayed until they end).

In the next THREE days EntreCard will use the remaining funds from the paid ads revenue to cover some of the remaining CashOut-Accounts.
The CashOuts will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The remaining Credits which couldn't be cashed out will be transferred back in the members account

What are your thoughts about this, will we now get rid of credit farmers, spam blogs and click and run-members?

Could this affect our bounce rate positive (without the need of secret algorithms)?

EntreCard: How Graham lost control over EntreCard?!

When you read the blog in Entrecard from April on carefully, you will see that there are a lot of signs that Graham needed to make money with Entrecard! He was desperately in need of this money.

He said it's needed for the hosting costs and the hardware in the posting about the paid ads (but in the 1 1/2 year before there were no costs for that??)

1. The first step was to accept paid ads from members and non-members in April. In exchange for that he offered a Cashout-Program (which took for several members including me ages to get approved - over six weeks-)
   
   
2. The second step was that he doubled the price of the paid ad after some days and the option of the CPC-Ads was no more available (i guess not many persons clicked that often to earn him 2 or 4, afterwards 4 or 8 cents per click, it's more effective to display it on thousands of blogs and get 60 or 120 cents for 1000 page impressions!)
   
   
3. The third step was the lowering of the transfer limit to 1000 EC within one week (if you wanted to quit and give-away the points, you have first to ask the Support to higher the limit -> better monitoring of your actions!).
   
   
4. The fourth step was the offers which whom you can earn additional credits without the need to click (for example: opening an account with Forex trading, buy some wallpapers/ sounds for your mobile, play online casino and so on).
   In Germany there are similar programs/companies which offer such incentives for signing up, there i would get 10 or 20 Euro for opening an online casino account (Graham took a big amount of this money in his/Entrecards wallet when i look at his low credit payout for these offers.)
   
   
5. The fifth step should follow soon, when he wanted to allow persons to become members without having a blog (meaning: reader of blogs) and earn credits too. Seems he wanted to compensate the loss of members with these new kind of members. Most likely he wanted them to take part in the previous offers, where he could earn 50 to 100% in hard cash from the affiliate programs.
   
   
6. In the end he couldn't keep up anymore with the loss of money or perhaps just break-even of incoming and outflowing money (or not able of paying back the debt to the new owner, as Ziprunner is the business angel - means investors since the start of EntreCard).

The last point seems to be one of the reasons why you couldn't cashout more than 10.000 EC without waiting for weeks. I saw on many blogs that he just paid out amounts of 10.000 EC and lower within some days or a month.

At the moment it looks like they want to discontinue the CashOut-Program because new members or members who haven't already signed up for this program have no more the possibility to sign up (the link is missing on the dashboard).

If you have been approved or are waiting for approvel, this option is still available, but nobody knows if the payout will be made in a timely matter or not!

UPDATE (22/07/2009): The newest BUZZ in the Dashboard shows us... two things:

1. Need Credits? Buy them here!
   (Are they really so in need of money, i would like to trade in mine... cheaper than their offer for 6$ you get 1.000 EC :-( )
   
2. Talk to other bloggers in our Community Forum!
   (ok, there was not much activities in the last weeks/months, at the moment some are writing new posts)

EntreCard: My comment gets CENSORED already!

Ok... My first experience with the new EntreCard Management team from Ziprunner Inc. is rather bad as they don't like questions which arose from my last post here yesterday.

My comment on the blog post in EntreCard sounded like this (can't remember exactly the words i wrote but it was definitely nothing rude):

Hello Mr. Andrew Te,

welcome to EntreCard. I've seen already a change in EntreCard.
It's about the CashOut-Program. On two of my blogs the link for the CashOut-Sign-Up is missing. The other blog is still waiting for approval and the last blog is waiting for the Cashout of some thousand credits.

What are your plans for the CashOut-Program?

I don't know why he has to delete this comment.
It seems for me now that he wants to hide for the moment so that new users don't argue they also want to cashout?
Or do they want to delete the cashout Accounts in the next days, too, without any notice because they are lack of money?

I stay with EntreCard but it's definitely not ok to delete a question about something which he didn't mention at all in his first blog post (only that we can earn credits as usual)!

Entrecard Take-Over: No more CASH-OUT??!!

A major changes in Entrecard appeared already today. Perhaps you have not recognized yet (because you have only one blog, i've registered all my four blogs from my profile) that for the blogs

• who haven't signed up yet for the Cashout program- this option is missing now!

The other options which are

• waiting for Cashout program approval - still activated!
• Cashout account - still available!

It seems like there won't be no more cashouts available for the next weeks for the members who haven't signed up yet or perhaps also for those who wait for the approval of their Cashout sign-up.

What does this mean for the near future? Should we put now all the ECs in the Cashout account (if available) or will this get absolete, too?

EntreCard server down for almost 8 hours today

Now it's already late at night in Malaysia and i couldn't log in in Entrecard since the afternoon, but the Toolbar worked until i changed to one of my other accounts.

I'm sorry that i can't drop now anymore for the Cornymans Blogreviews and the All about babies and kids-Blog.

I guess some other members are also disappointed by this long downtime of Entrecard today!

I hope we will see better times in the future, especially as the crew of Entrecard wants to improve their earning situation with new revenue streams (for them and for us!).

Adgitize - Best traffic and money maker!

Wow, i received like many other members the payment from Adgitize. It was amazing 24,87 $ (all my Adgitize payment proofs). This amount was achieved without any referral earnings.
I just followed The One Minute Guide on how to earn more money with Adgitize.

I just can recommend this article for everyone who wants to make a good investment with complete or partial "money-back guarantee". When you follow all the advices and start additional advertising for 14$ (new ad price since 1st November: 24$) a month, you'll receive around 50 Cents (new earnings since December 2009: 80 Cents) each day, enough for the paid advertisement.

The advantages as advertiser are

• you have to click only 51 ads instead of the 100 to get the full 100 points
  
• you get automatically 100 advertiser points
